Large header support
When small headers are not enabled, Rich Text pages still show a small header
A large header can be enabled in the Rich Text Page settings
Here's how to add a Rich Text page to your app:
Click on "Add Page" from the left navigation menu in the app Editor.
Select "Rich Text" then click the "Add" button on the right.
Click on the "Settings" icon to rename the page to the preferred name.
