Here, you can adjust your basic information, view and change your Yapp Plans, and manage your custom Yapp IDs.
How Do I Get There?
You can find account settings by clicking your name in the upper right corner of Yapp when you're logged in. You can also visit https://www.yapp.us/account directly.
User Information:
The first section of Account Settings stores your user login information including your display name, email address, password, and Facebook Connect status.
To edit any of your basic information, tap the link or the pencil icon at the end of the line. You can connect or disconnect your Facebook account at the bottom of the first section. Under Preferences, you have the options to hide or show the contextual hints that appear in the editor and dashboard, and to toggle subscription to our newsletter emails.
Plans & Purchases Information:
Using the tabs on the top, you can move to view your Billing information. If you're subscribed to one of our paid plans, you can view and change your credit card and see the status of your account here. If you'd like to upgrade your account, you can also do that here. You can also toggle auto-renew on or off.
Click 'Update Payment Method' to change your credit card information. To see how many apps you have active in your dashboard, check out the Account Status section.
Click 'Change Plan' to upgrade from Basic to Core to Team, and/or add apps.
