Did you know that you link to other pages within your app? We created this feature for use on our Rich Text Page using our Rich Text Editor so you can link to other top-level pages, and more, in the app.

Let’s say you are planning to use Yapp for internal training. You may want your rich text Welcome page to have a link to your Topics page so your app users can understand what each page in your app is for. The linking process to another in app page would look something like this:

The steps for in app page linking are as simple as 1,2,3.

  1. Select edit for the page you wish to add links within.

  2. Begin typing your text, highlight the text you wish to link, and click the link button (the far right of the toolbar)

  3. Select a page to link to and click ‘Save’!

There’s more! Want a link to open up an email, call a number, visit a website, or send a text message? Within this feature we have also created a toolbar and we'll automatically suggest SMS, call, website or email linking.

You will follow the same steps from above except, instead of linking to an in app page, you will link to a phone number, email address, or website.

  1. Select edit for the page you wish to add links within.

  2. Begin typing your text, highlight the text you wish to link, and click the link button (the far right of the toolbar)

  3. Select call or text for a phone number, email for an email address, or navigate for a website!
