Your Yapp plan will automatically renew a year after your subscription begins unless you turn auto-renew off.
The first time you log in after your plan renews, you'll see a screen asking you to choose what to do with each of your live apps. You won't be able to access your apps until every app has a decision.
Your three options
Each app gets three choices:
Keep live — The app stays available to mobile users. This uses one of your app activations for the current billing cycle.
Clone & archive — The app is removed from devices, and a draft copy is created automatically. This is the best option if you want to reuse the app's layout for your next event. The clone appears as a new draft on your dashboard — activating it later uses one activation, just like any other draft. This option is free.
Archive — The app is removed from all devices. You can reactivate it later, which will use one activation. This option is free.
How to complete your renewal
Click one of the three options for each app. The button for your selection will be highlighted.
As you make choices, the Your choices summary at the bottom updates to show how many apps will stay live, be archived, or be cloned. It also shows how many other apps you can still make live before your next renewal date.
If you try to keep more apps live than your plan allows, the summary will show an over-budget warning, and the Confirm button will stay disabled. Archive or clone some apps to continue.
Once every app has a decision and you're within budget, click Confirm choices.
Tips
Not sure which apps to keep? The renewal screen shows how many active installs each app has, so you can see which apps are still being used.
Want to reuse an app's layout next year? Choose Clone & archive. The draft copy will be waiting on your dashboard when you're ready to customize it for your next event — no need to manually clone from the archived apps page.
Need more activations? You can upgrade your plan at any time to get more app activations.
