This option allows mobile users to update the information of a person added by the app creator to a People page.
It is usually best suited when the app creator can update the full list of people to add but wants mobile users to update the shared information about themselves.
Once a user claims a profile, they have complete control over the fields displayed. At this time, there is no way to limit which fields they can modify.
Mobile users are required to create a free Yapp account to add their profiles.
How to enable person claiming:
Within the Yapp Editor, create a new People Page or go to an existing one
Click the gear or Settings icon next to the page name
From the page settings popover, click "Claim a person added by an admin"
When you're ready, publish your app!
