Adding documents to a Rich Text document

How to add a PDF or other document to a Rich Text document

Click Edit on your Rich Text page, then:

  1. Click Insert in the toolbar and choose Document. (To place the document at an exact spot between two paragraphs, use the + in the left margin instead.)

  2. Drag your file in, or click to browse for it.

  3. Wait for the upload to finish.

The quick way

Drag a PDF from your computer straight onto the page. A highlight shows where it will land, and dropping it creates the document for you.
