How to add a YouTube or Vimeo video to a Rich Text document

You can add YouTube and Vimeo videos to any Rich Text page, or to a standalone Videos page.

Adding a video

  1. Copy your video's link.

  2. Click Edit, then Insert in the toolbar, and choose Video Embed. (To place the video at an exact spot between two paragraphs, use the + in the left margin instead.)

  3. Paste the link into the box.

  4. Click Embed.

The quick way

Paste a YouTube or Vimeo link onto an empty line and it becomes a video on its own — no menu needed.

Video layout options

  • Stretch edge-to-edge

  • Natural size, limited to the content width
