If you prepared a message to be posted at a later time and decide to share it now instead, you can do it in a few clicks:
Go to Edit mode on the selected scheduled post
Tap on the clock icon bottom right
Tap on Remove Delay. The button in the top right corner now shows Post.
Tap the Post button
