Personal Schedules in Analytics

Where you can see which sessions attendees have saved to their personal schedule

Written by Cyril Fluck

If you've enabled My Schedule on a Schedule or Multi-Track Schedule page, you'll see how many attendees have saved each session in your app's analytics page.

Requirements:

  • A Core or Team plan (like the rest of your app's Analytics)

  • The app needs to be published

  • My Schedule needs to be enabled on the Schedule or Multi-Track Schedule page

You'll get one Personal Schedules section for each Schedule page in your app. Each table lists the sessions on that page along with:

  • Schedule item — the session title

  • Track — for multi-track schedules, the track the session belongs to

  • Date & time — when the session takes place

  • "My Schedule" count — how many attendees have saved the session

Click a count to see the list of attendees who saved that session.

To download the full data, hit Download to .CSV at the top right of the section. The export includes the Event Name, Track (for multi-track pages), User Name, User Email, and the time each attendee saved the session — handy for room capacity planning or importing into your own tools.

Please note: attribution (name and email) is only available for attendees who were signed in when they saved a session. Anonymous saves are counted but not attributed. To require attendees to sign in, change your app's privacy setting.
