Once you've selected the page you want to rename,
Click the cog icon in the left page list to open the page settings panel
Click the page name input and change the name
Click Done
The name will be changed in both the left hand column of the interface and in the tab list of your app.
On a phone? Currently, you can't edit an app from your mobile phone.
