Attaching People to Schedule Items

How to attach speakers to schedule items via the Editor

You can attach people (e.g. speakers) to schedule items via the Editor so that your attendees can see their profiles with a simple tap.

To add speakers to your schedule item, simply:

  1. Create a new schedule item in either a Schedule or Multi-Track Schedule type page

  2. At the bottom of the schedule detail page, simply hit "add speakers"

  3. You can either create a new person OR choose a person already input in your app (for example, in another Schedule or People type template page)ย 

  4. Once you've added a person to your app via the editor, that profile is available for other people's supported pages (i.e., schedule detail page in Schedule and Multi-Track Schedule and People Pages)

It is possible to attach an existing person by using the search feature:

Type the name of the person and the Add button
