When two or more events in your schedule start at the exact same time, you can control the order they appear in using the up and down arrows in the Yapp editor. This works on both the Schedule page and the Multi-Track Schedule page.
How it works
In the Yapp editor, events are shown in the schedule list on the right sidebar of the Schedule (or Multi-Track) page. Whenever multiple events in that list share the same start time, small up/down arrows appear next to each of those items. Use them to move an item earlier or later within that time slot.
Step-by-step
Open the Schedule or Multi-Track page in the Yapp editor.
Look at the schedule list in the right sidebar. For any two or more events that share the same start time, up/down arrows appear next to each item in that time slot.
Click the up arrow to move an event earlier in the order, or the down arrow to move it later.
Publish your app for the new order to take effect for mobile users.
Good to know
The arrows only appear when events share an identical start time. If an event is the only one at its start time, it sorts by time as usual.
If you change an event's start time so it no longer shares a slot with others, it falls back to the normal time-based sort.
The order you set carries through to the mobile app β both in the full schedule view and in any track-specific views.
This feature requires a version of the Yapp mobile app from March 2026 or newer.
